I would like to start with a famous quote stated by a French poet and a philosopher, Paul Valery “The best way to make your dreams come true is to wake up early in the morning”. Waking up early and being active in the morning is the best way to achieve goals. Exercises like studies, work, meditation, yoga, gym etc. for both your mind and body will keep you focused and refreshed. Early morning is the best time of the day. So, think what we can do if we just woke up early? How can we wake up in the morning feeling fresh and motivated?Here, are some tips:
1.Avoid Intake of Caffeine, Red Wine and Chocolate: These items have been scientifically proven to disturb your sleep more than any other foods. They upset your intestine, which end up waking you up constantly throughout the night. This kind of sleep does not recharge you at all. Try not to take these items past 4 in the evening.
2.Meditate, Pray And Calm Down: Before going to bed every day, spend 20 minutes to 35 minutes on meditation and praying. This throws out the daily worries from your mind and stress from your body. Monitoring your lungs while you’re breathing and making sure you’re not thinking about anything in particular and just focus on your breathing.
3.Balance The Temperature: The room should not be too hot or too cold because it affects your sleep during the night. It is important to get a good balance in your body temperature, which keeps your energies calm and stops your blood pressure and thoughts from spiking.
4.Don’t Snooze: Stop snoozing your poor alarm clock or phone every morning. Just keep one alarm and wake up to the first alert. Do not enable the snooze option.
5.Drink Water: Every morning, after you wake up, drink a glass of water, which gives a lot of health benefits. The water kick-starts your metabolism in such a way that you feel more fresh and alert.
