Drink more water. Struggle with pimples is not complete without clean water. You should drink at least 2.5 litres per day. Pure, non-carbonated water removes toxins from the body, and acne will gradually disappear – just do not drink tap water. The use of coffee, sweet tea, packaged juices and fruit drinks should, on the contrary, be reduced to a minimum or preferably to zero for a few weeks.

Do not give up meat. Just eat rabbit, chicken and turkey. If you eat bread, then choose rye or cereal, coarse grind.
Of the drinks, freshly squeezed juices of vegetables and fruits, mineral water without gas and green tea are best.

The first product is garlic, and it should be added to all dishes – salads, appetizers, first and second. Garlic has a beneficial effect on the skin, deep cleansing the body from the inside.
Instead of scrambled eggs and sausage, learn to eat muesli in the mornings, adding flax seed in them – they contain polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are very useful to the skin.
