Position : Sr. Manager – Accounts & Finance

Qualifications: B.com/M.com/MBA-Finance/CA Experience: 18 + years CTC: 6-10 lacs p.a. Key Skills Required: Tally ERP9, QuickBooks, MS-Excel

Purpose of the Role The incumbent is responsible for generating Monthly MIS, Responsible for implementation control of all systems processes for the Organization.

Role Description

  • To review and analyse financial data and compliance of policies
  • To ensure all statutory compliances are met.
  • To oversee financial and accounting system controls and standards
  • To ensure timely financial and statistical reports for management
  • Complete management accounting including periodic closing of accounts
  • To manage and coordinate the Internal Audit, Statutory/Tax Audit, Stock audits
  • To prepare all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, information for reports for tax returns, and reports for government regulatory agencies
  • To implement financial processes and controls
  • Preparation of annual business plan
  • Coordinating of Monthly commercial review across the business units                                                                                  

Key Result Areas

Generation of error free MIS and complying with deadlines, completing the monthly closing activities as per schedule, effective integration of acquisition, no deviations of statutory compliances

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

  • Ensures coherence with superior Controlling standards, policies and procedures, adopts respective processes.
  • Ensures planning, monitoring and reviews of unit`s budget, and provides and comments Actual vs. Plan reports
  • Monitors financial performance, provides KPI analyzes, and prepares and comments respective performance reporting and forecasts.
  • Ensures proper revenue and cost controlling, and design and maintenance of underlying cost account systems.
  • Analyzes, prepares, approves and reviews units´ investments and expenditures, and provides respective reporting.
  • Oversees the day-to-day controlling and financial analysis operations.
  • Manages teams of specialized Controlling Professionals and support staff, in different organizational settings.
  • Cause & Effect analysis – to provide the insights where the deviations could come from to management
  • Commenting on deviations – the results of the analysis are summarized in comments which are important inputs for management discussions
  • Data hygiene – Continuously monitor the age / quality of the open items and drive for timely closure / rectification

Qualifications: Full time post graduate degree: Masters in Marketing / MBA / PGDBM / PGDBA in Marketing Experience: 8 to 9 years Location: Hyderabad We are looking for a competent Event manager to oversee and organize events that will change the way events are conceptualized and executed. From any Consumer brand. Some experience with Wellness / Retail / QSR / Hospitality brands will be ideal.
